Over 300 representatives of DDWP and ODEP grants aimed at serving people with disabilities in the workforce attended this successful three-day conference in Washington, D.C. Plenary speakers included Roy Grizzard, Assistant Secretary for ODEP, and ETA Deputy Assistant Secretary Tom Dowd. The conference featured five key tracks – Employer Demand, One-Stop Access, Beyond Core Services, Youth Transition, and Customized Employment – with over 15 breakout sessions, as well as networking opportunities across grantees and comprehensive grant management training.
