workforceUSA.net

workforceUSA.net is dedicated to the work of workforce development. It is designed for the day-to-day needs of workforce development practitioners in community-based organizations, community colleges, private firms, employer associations, unions, economic development organizations, One-Stop Career Centers, Workforce Investment Boards and elsewhere. It is intended as a site of shared learning. And so we hope it will be a way for you to 'meet' and learn from peers throughout the nation.

workforceUSA.net provides an extensive "virtual" library of concrete tools and other kinds of materials to support the various activities or "functions" workforce development professionals perform: labor market analysis; design of labor market systems, program design, program management, labor exchange, recruitment, assessment, career development, training and education, other supports, and workplace practices. Our materials come primarily from two sources--the Web and you. Contact: workforceUSA.net
