"A Guide to Major Federal Job Training Programs" explains in some detail the primary legislation that currently governs employment and training programs.

"Trainer's Guide to PIC Member Orientation" gives advice on how to conduct orientation sessions for new and old PIC members and includes sample agendas, scripts, handouts, exercises and overheads.
